Predmominantly Upper Limb exercise which can be performed in sitting or standing and either for purely upper limb exercise or to work on dynamic balance in chosen posture.  Boxing provides an opportunity to exercise the cardiovascular system whereas golf and bowling offer work on dexterity, sensitive control of the remotes with tennis and baseball relying heavily on speed of movement and timing.

Elements of this game can be used with adaptations.
